Pairing the right wines with prosciutto di San Daniele

The Friulano wine has become icon of a region which is famous all over the world for the production of excellent white wines. In Friuli Venezia Giulia more than thousand wineries grow this grape variety in seven Friuli's DOC areas.

The wine is characterized by a refined, well structured and balanced profile, with a hint of almond and harmonic acidity. Pale straw or golden coloured, it is perfectly paired with the prosciutto di San Daniele.
